eMMC转接座改进3.3V/1.8V兼容

由于某品牌个别型号的eMMC【例如:H26M62002JPR,H26M51002KPR等需使用1.8V才能读写,而个别老版本eMMC又只支持3.3V读写,所以建议大家在原V2.3及其以下版本的转接座上做下改进,以兼容更多型号的eMMC:

1.一个3.3V转1.8V的LDO,封装:SOT-23
2.两个1uF~4.7uF X7R贴片电容,封装:0603

LDO已测试可用型号

AP2120N-1.8TRG1(推荐)
AP2125N-1.8TRG1
RT9166-18GVL(Z00)

谨记:1117-1.8不可用,压差不合适。

新增的电容请分别并接在白色圈内电容上。
以上操作完成以后,在编程器软件的EMMC设置界面,VCCQ选择1.8V
或者3.3V后保存即可。

电容大小不能大于4.7UF吗

我就想问下,电压调整只后,如果我调的是3.3V而上了一块要1.8V的EMMC会不会损坏EMMC,要不就搞点提示或者也搞个自动识别的就好。

离线座子默认3.3,个别非标的emmc芯片选3.3出错才需要选1.8。和板子上面供电无关,不会损坏芯片  Post time 2020-9-25 18:56
